The Association also sponsors and funds various recreational activities and community functions throughout the year
Partnering with the Briargate Civic Club, funds are appropriated for community activities such as
- Grand-Parents Day Activities
- Family and Friends Day Festival (October Fest)
- Breakfast with Santa

Aquatic Program
- Swimming Facilities at Park One & Clubhouse
- Free Swimming Lessons
- Water Aerobics
- Adult Fun Night (during pool season)
Health & Fitness
- Health screenings
- Aerobics/Taebo Exercise Programs at the clubhouse year round.
- We also sponsor activities for children and teens such as Easter egg hunts, Movie Mania fun nights, dances, Halloween parties and Valentine Celebrations
The above list is not an all-inclusive detail of the various Association sponsored activities throughout the year. Some activities require a minimal fee.
Community Activities
The Association various monetary prizes to children and youth who participate in summer reading programs. We work with the Ft. Bend YMCA in co-sponsoring tutoring sessions, free summer lunch programs, and various other activities for the Briargate residents. We also work in collaboration with the community schools (Briargate Elementary and Willowridge High School) to augment activities to enrich the lives of Briargate residents.
