We, the members of the Briargate CIA Elections Committee: Rose Duffie, Jayne Edwards, James Joseph, Felicia Lawal and Timothy Lilly would like to share some updates about our upcoming 2025 election:
- The Briargate CIA website will updated to reflect the upcoming election details; please use this link: www.BriargateCIA.org
- The election will be conducted using paper ballots open to all Briargate Homeowners. Ballots will not be accepted at the Clubhouse, but must be returned to 2601 Cartwright Rd Suite D Mailbox #386 Missouri City TX 77459 as indicated on the ballot.
- Ballots can be submitted in person on election day. The deadline to submit ballots to the PO Box will be Tuesday, January 21, 2025, After Tuesday, January 21, any remaining ballots must be handed in on election day. Again no ballots will be accepted at the clubhouse.
- The ballot is being redesigned for ease of use. A sample ballot will be reviewed during the December 18, 2024 Briargate CIA Community monthly meeting.
- The tabulation of votes will be conducted on Saturday, January 25, 2025 10:00AM. If you’d like more information, please send an email to BriargateElections@gmail.com.
