Update your Property Owner Information with a Working Email Address

The Briargate Community Improvement Association needs you to update your property owner information with a working email address.

Per Texas Property Code 209.0051 (f) – It is an owner’s duty to keep an updated e-mail address registered with the property owners’ association under Subsection (e)(2)(B).

We are asking you to update your information one of three ways:

1. Email your name, property address, mailing address if different from the property address, account number if you know it (can be found on your annual assessment), phone number and the email address you want to have on file to briargate2024@gmail.com
2. Come into the clubhouse (7002 Laughlin) Mon-Fri from 9am to 5pm or call during those hours and give the information to the Office Managers that answer the phone.
3. There will be space on the portion of your annual assessment that you return with payment, PLEASE FILL OUT THE EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER INFORMATION ON THE RETURN PORTION OF YOUR 2025 ASSESSMENT TO UPDATE OUR RECORDS.
